Deputy Director of the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, Jinan Central Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University. She graduated from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University in 1988 and has been working continuously in clinical practice in plastic and aesthetic surgery. In 2007, funded by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, she was sent as a government-sponsored scholar to undertake postdoctoral research at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH), Harvard Medical School, USA.

She has been engaged in plastic and aesthetic surgery for 30 years and has accumulated rich clinical experience in facial feature plastic surgery (double eyelid surgery, eye bag removal, rhinoplasty, etc.), liposuction body contouring, autologous fat grafting for facial rejuvenation, breast plastic surgery, gynecological intimate plastic surgery, reconstruction of various scar deformities, repair of various complications of aesthetic surgery, and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures such as botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid injection. She enjoys a high reputation in the plastic surgery field in Shandong Province. She has published more than 30 papers in international and national journals and has two monographs. She was honored as an advanced individual in Jinan City“Revitalizing Medicine through Science and Technology”program.
